1. How do I get a username and password on IONClub?

You can open an account at IONCLUB by contacting affiliate agents who sell IONClub products. Please use search engines like Google, Yahoo, Bing, and others to find agents who sell IONClub products.

2. What is the minimum deposit & withdrawal?

Each agent has a different policy for minimum deposit and withdrawal, please contact the relevant agent.

3. What is the minimum to place a bet?

Minimum bet is IDR 5,000 for Baccarat and IDR 1,000 for Sicbo and Roulette.

4. Can I cancel the confirmed bet?

You cannot cancel a bet that has been confirmed, because your bet has already been processed.

5. How do I make a deposit & withdraw?

All matters relating to the deposit and withdrawal please contact the agent where you registered.

6. How do I confirm after I deposit / transfer money?

You can directly contact your agent via LiveChat, YM, BBM, SMS or call your agent to confirm your deposit.

7. What do I have to do if I forget my password?

8. When does the routine maintenance time begin and end?

Maintenance for MONDAY from 06.00 (GMT + 7) to 07.00 (GMT + 7). If maintenance can end faster than the specified hour, then we will start the game faster too.

10. How to download / update Adobe Flash Player?

You can download Adobe Flash Player from the website directly, please click here.

11. How to view the game ID in your history and statement?

You can see in the upper right row in the web, in the first and second order from the left (it looks like a book / map icon). Then click the game id that is in the Description column.

12. Why can't I sign in?

Try entering your username and password correctly. If you still can't sign in, you can contact or report to your agent.

13. How do I change the username and display name?

Click on Profile and click Edit, then type the name you want in the username or display name, click change and Save. Username and Display name can only be changed once.

14. How to change the avatar?

Click on Profile and click Change Avatar. Select the avatar that you want, and click Save.

15. How to change the password?

Click on Profile, then click Change Password and enter your new password and Save.
